Terms of Use

By using Pickora, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Agreement & Eligibility
These Terms govern your use of the Pickora app. You must be legally able to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction, or have parental/guardian consent if you are under the legal age of majority.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This license is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (Standard EULA). All intellectual property rights in the app remain with Pickora.
3. Photo Library & Your Content
Pickora requests access to your Photo Library to provide its core features (photo selection and organization).
On-Device Processing:
Your photos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
Actions:
Depending on your input, the app may mark photos as Favorites or request to delete photos. iOS will always ask for your final confirmation before any deletion occurs.
Responsibility:
You are responsible for maintaining backups. Pickora is not liable for any photo loss resulting from user-authorized actions.
4. Pickora Pro Subscriptions & One-Time Purchases
Pickora offers premium features under the "Pickora Pro" plan through the following payment models:
Pickora Pro Subscriptions (Monthly & Yearly):
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Pickora Pro Lifetime (One-Time):
This is a one-time payment that provides permanent access to Pickora Pro features. It does not expire and requires no recurring fees.
Management:
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store Account Settings at any time after purchase.
Refunds:
All financial transactions and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple.
5. Third-Party Services
The app utilizes Firebase Crashlytics (for stability) and Apple Geocoding (for location display). Use of these features is subject to their respective terms.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Circumvent any security features or subscription locks.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the app's services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
