By using Pickora, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Agreement & Eligibility
These Terms govern your use of the Pickora app. You must be legally able to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction, or have parental/guardian consent if under the age of majority.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
All intellectual property rights in the app remain with us.
3. Photo Library & Your Content
Pickora requests access to your Photo Library to provide its core features. Your photos are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Depending on your settings, the app may:
- Mark photos as Favorites
- Request to delete photos you choose to remove (iOS will ask for your confirmation, and deleted photos are moved to the "Recently Deleted" folder where you can recover them)
You are responsible for maintaining backups. We are not liable for any photo loss resulting from actions you authorize.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
If the app offers paid features:
- All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Apple ID settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.
5. Third-Party Services
The app uses:
- Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting
- Apple Geocoding for location name lookup
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Interfere with the app's security or performance
- Violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that results will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
